We’re really excited to announce the launch of the biggest ever consumer campaign for our client Boost Drinks this week. Under the headline ‘Release the Boost’ the campaign will showcase the unique blend of awesomeness which Boost delivers.
Here at Alchemy Media we’re firm converts to the thirst quenching energy hit contained in each Boost drink which helps us get through even the toughest of days, so we were thrilled to be briefed to help spread the wonder of Boost.
Packed with energy and filled to the brim with fantastically flavoursome taste, Boost retails at an extremely competitive price point which starts at 49p a can. So when compared to other energy drinks in the market, it’s a no brainer on brand choice on every level. With a wide range of flavours, from Exotic Fruit to Citrus Zing and a tasty sugar free Pink Lemonade, there’s something to tickle everyone’s taste buds.
The campaign runs across an 8 week period focussing on Manchester, Birmingham and Northern Ireland. As Number 1 energy drink brand in Northern Ireland, brand awareness is already high so the activity here is focussed on driving repeat purchase through a mix of outdoor, radio airtime and digital channels which allow us to keep the brand front of mind throughout the day.
With a slightly different job to do in the mainland where brand awareness is currently lower, we’re running a mix of radio promotions, radio airtime and digital activity across video pre-roll, mobile, Facebook, Instagram and programmatic display. This media mix allows us to support the dual objective of positioning Boost as a credible brand whilst driving increased penetration and sales.
The campaign is targeting 16-35 year olds through high impact, engaging creative which communicates Boost’s fun and energetic brand values. With a competition to win a ‘cash boost of £1,000’ promoted on Capital Radio and a further chance to win an amazing £5,000 towards the holiday of a lifetime, we really believe the campaign is going to convert even more consumers to the great taste, energy hit and fantastic value which Boost Drinks delivers.
